The review
Similar site to Usertesting and Askable but with a more established research base and partners. For this reason, payouts are usually higher ($20-30 vs usertesting's $10) but screeners are also more specific. They offer unmoderated tasks, focus groups, multi day tasks, and 1:1 interviews! They even have some opportunities you can do in person!
Tips & tricks
- Be Honest in screeners and consistent. If you use different answers across different studies you may be flagged
- Your profile IS your acceptance rate - fill out every screener and demographic, employment, interest field - this is how you're matched quicker and more accurately
- Speed matters - a lot of studies fill up super fast so set up notifications to know when to apply
- do not EVER "no-show" - this will also get your account flagged or banned. if you have agreed to an interview time, show up when you say you would!!
- Most payments come as gift cards - set your expectations directly
- UserInterviews is harder to qualify for than Respondent, Askable, Usertesting, etc - BUT it pays the most.,
